1. Mechanical & Robotic Design Staff

Job Description:

• D3-Mechanical Engineering
• Have good understanding of mechanical drawing
• Have good understanding of wiring pneumatic, repairing and set up machine

Requirement:

• D3/D4/S1 Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
• Able to make 2D and 3D technical drawing
• Familiar with 2D & 3D drawing application such as AutoCAD/Pro Engineering.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia

2. Technician (Mechanical Assembly) Engineering

Job Description:

• Handle mechanical engineering problem in machine assembly
• Analyzing technical drawing of machine assembly
• Analyzing wiring pneumatic

Requirements:

• D4/S1 of Mechanical Engineering
• Able to read technical drawing
• Able to read wiring pneumatic

3. Firmware Design Staff (Embedded System Developer)

Job Description :

• Design Printer Firmware for several printing function (mechanical movement, copy, scan, GUI, image processing)
• Conduct design process, from: Specification study, create design concept, programming (using C or C++), debugging, evaluation in developing firmware

Requirement :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree of Electronics Engineering/ Informatics Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ System Control/ Telecommunication/ Physics Instrumentation
• Have good knowledge of software development, programming (esp. C/C++ language) and OOP
• Have knowledge of Digital Numeric Calculation/Conversion
• Strong analytical thinking, good planning and organizing tasks
• Eager to learn and able to work with team or individual
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadline

4. PCB Design Staff

Job Description:

• Design electrical circuit (Main controller, Power supply, digital circuit) board design for printer
• Evaluating and trouble shoot electronic circuit
• EMC testing and making the report
• Investigate new technology or make innovation in electronic design

Requirement:

• D4/S1 Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• Understanding Digital Circuit Analysis
• Electrical Design and Evaluation Electronic Circuit Analysis and able to use C Language well

5. Software Inspection (Japanese Translator)

Job Description:

• Do quality confirmation of new printer software/firmware to ensure all functions running as design, and product has performance as specified in quality standard
• Analysis any nonconformance items for customer points of view, to be feedback for design improvement
• Designing inspection check sheet
• Analyze and reporting problem and inspection result
• Design printer program-based requirement specification of printer
• Develop printer program based on design specification
• Make sure the quality of developed program by competences evaluation
• Translate design document from Japanese to English

Requirement:

• D4/S1 Japanese Language/Literature or relevant
• Have JLPT N-2 would be an advantage.
• Has knowledge and interest in software testing (Software Quality Assurance) new technology trend, customer behavior
• Has knowledge in networking technology
• Strong in analytical thinking
• Good systematic of works
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline

6. Parts Production Engineering & Control Staff

Job Description:

• Evaluating manufacture process
• Developing effective automated and non-automated systems
• Testing new and existing production procedures
• Conducting research in various robotic fields
• Making program (teaching) and testing robotic systems

Requirements:

• D4/S1 Electrical/Electronics Engineering/ Mechatronics/ Computer Science
• Have knowledge of C++ programming language and PLC
• Well-versed in relevant software (e.g CAD /CAM, Ms. Office)

7. Software Design Staff

Job Description :

• Design software for printer inpsction which use in manufacturing line
• Analyze problem in manufacturing from software/firmware/mechanism point of view and feed back software sequence imrovement to assure printer manufacturing can achieve target level of quality and productivity

Requirement :

• D3/D4/S1 Electronic/Infomatic Engineering
• Familiar with C/C++ Language programming
• Good analytical thinking

8. Electric Officer Facility

Job Description :

• Handling Electric Equipment Maintenance system for industrial such as: Trafo, Panel Medium Voltage/ Low Voltage, Ground system, lighting, fire alarm, sound system, generator, lighting.
• Handle Mechanic Equipment Maintenance system for industrial such as: AC system, chiller, compressor, cooling tower, etc.
• System monitoring control, outsource/vendor, daily operational control.
• Improvement/ Innovation
• Energy Saving Program
• Equipment Improvement

Requirement :

• D3/D4/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
• Understand Handling Maintenance at Manufacture (Industrial) (Troubleshooting,
• Periodic/Midterm Maintenance, Shutdown maintenance)
• Understand: asbuild drawing, single line & equipment drawing.
• Can make scheduling, reporting, presentation the proposal

9. Planning and Mechanical Design Staff

Job Description:

• Making design concept, modelling, drawing, and evaluation
• Making document (Technical report, specification, calculation)

Requirement:

• D4/S1 Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering
• Able to work in team/individually
• Familiar with Technical drawing software (such as:CATIA or Pro-Eng software)

10. Mold Manufacture Staff

Job Description :

• Handle mold & jig manufacture (manual machine process, mold assembly process)
• Handle mold repair and improvement

Requirement :

• SMK Mechanical/Manufacture Engineering or relevant, with minimal 2 years work experience as a mold maker and setter
• Have experience in the related field (mold repair/mold assembly) is required for this position
• Have good skill in machining
• Active, discipline, honest, responsible, able to work in team and independent
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadline

11. Product Engineering Staff

Job Description :

• Create and revise product engineer document (ACL, PEL, ALO, MOST, MES)
• Follow-up of process issues
• Do planning and implementation of cost reduction/improvement/efficiency

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree of Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or relevant
• Strong analytical thinking, good planning and organizing tasks
