1. Accountant Officer

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
  • Prior internship or work experience in an accounting-related position is preferred, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to compile financial reports.
  • Able to work individually or team work.
  • Worked well under preassure.
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English are required.
  • Attention to Detail Ensures accuracy and consistency in financial records.
  • Analytical Thinking Understands financial data and can explain financial outcomes clearly.
  • Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to explain financial matters to non-financial teams.
  • Maintains thorough and organized financial records.
  • Able to operate Accurate, Zahir and Journal.Id

Responsibilities :

  • Preparing and maintaining accurate journal entries.
  • Assisting in the preparation of basic financial reports such as Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.
  • Supporting any financial processes required.
  • Coordinating with internal departments for financial documentation.

2. Call Center

Requirements :

  • Minimum D3/S1 in Business, Aviation Management, Public Relations, or related field is a plus
  • Experience in customer service or call centre operations is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Fluency in Indonesian is required. Basic English proficiency is preferred
  • Available to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed
  • Able to remain calm and effective in fast-paced or high-pressure situations

Qualifications :

  • Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls regarding flight information, bookings, and general inquiries, Managing reservations, reschedules, and cancellations using the internal booking system
  • Attention to detail, especially in handling time-sensitive and client-specific requests.

3. Charter Officer

Requirements :

  • Minimum D3/S1 in Business, Aviation Management, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Experience in charter flight coordination, sales, or customer service is a plus.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to coordinate between clients, operations, and third-party vendors.
  • Customer-service-oriented and responsive.
  • Capable of preparing and managing charter flight documentation and contracts.
  • Attention to detail, especially in handling time-sensitive and client-specific requests.

4. Data Entry Staff

Requirements :

  • Minimum education: D3 or S1 in any major (preferably Information Systems, Statistics, or related field).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; internship experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and basic formulas).
  • Basic understanding of data input, validation, and accuracy checking.

Requirements :

  • Have a creative mind with proven design skills
  • Able to use graphic design tools such as (but not limited to) Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, etc
  • Good in teamwork & managing workload, high attention to detail
  • Willing to work in Pangandaran, West Java
  • Having a prior experience in related field, especially on aviation and travel will be preferred
  • Having a skill of using camera equipment will be preferred

7. Management Trainee Human Resource

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable University
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Previous HR experience or internships is a great plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • English is mandatory
  • Willing to work in Head Office in Pangandaran, and willing to work out to all around in Indonesia (if needed).

Responsibilities :

  • Training and Development: Coordinating employee training programs and professional development initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Implementing and managing performance appraisal systems.
  • Policy Development: Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations: Managing employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment

8. Operation Control Center (OCC)

Requirements :

  • Fresh Graduated are permissible or prefer to have 1-2 years of working experience in the related field are prerequisite requirements for this position
  • Have an Aviation educational background
  • Must posses active FOO License
  • Must Have attended airline operations courses
  • Comprehensive knowledge of airport operations and safety regulations and procedures
  • Excellent verbal English and written English
  • Great communication skills
  • Multitasking and being able to work individually or in a team
  • Worked well under pressure
  • Willing to be placed in all around Indonesia
  • Have knowledge of flight operations

9. Social Media Specialist Officer

Requirements :

  • Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent
  • Have a creative mind with content planning and writing skills, and social media handling and analytical skills
  • Good in teamwork & managing workload, high attention to detail
  • Willing to work in Pangandaran, West Java
  • Having a prior experience in related field, especially on aviation and travel will be preferred
  • Having a skill of using camera equipment will be preferred

Responsibilities :

  • Managing Susi Group Social Media
  • Providing brief for designer, for Social Media content
  • Coordinating with PIC for monthly content and strategies
  • Presenting to Management the growth and development of Susi Group Social Media
  • Helping Media Team during company events and activities
